For repeat customers who've used Mr. Flim Flam's service from before July 2002, the lamination of the recipients copy and the tape cassette version of the song are no longer offered.  The reason being is that when Mr. Flam Flam's began to offer the tape it was during a time when people didn't have Cam-corders.  Now that most people record their parties, the need for the cassette is obsolete.  The lamination service needs to be discontinued because we are dependant on another business to do it for us.  If a telegram order comes through at the last minute during a time when that business isn't open, it becomes impossible for us to maintain a consistent product for all our customers.  Also, it becomes impractical for us to go get something laminated only to learn later that the customer wants something on the telegram changed.  Lastly, because the telegrams now incorporate party favours as part of the routine, their cost is being offset by the the money that would have orignally gone into the cassette and lamination.  However, if you'd still like us to incorporate these elements into the routine we'll be happy to offer them but there will need to be an additional cost added to the telegram.  Thank you for your understanding.
